Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling partners with the City of Calistoga’s Water Conservation Program and the Napa County Resource Conservation District. Residents can get free compost and/or wood chip mulch. These materials can go a long way to helping effects of the drought by reducing soil erosion and capturing and storing water.
